About

Who we are

The Innovative Computing and Networking (ICN) group is a joint research initiative co-led by Dr. Zhipeng Cai of Georgia State University and Dr. Daehee Seo of Sangmyung University. The group brings together faculty members, postdoctoral researchers, and students from both institutions.

By combining theoretical foundations with practical applications, we design scalable, high-performance, and trustworthy digital systems that address real-world challenges. Through international collaboration, cross-disciplinary partnerships, and a strong emphasis on mentorship, ICN fosters an inclusive environment for innovation and impact.
